Miami, FL (January 29, 2010) - The 2009 World Champions of Fantasy Football are preparing to enjoy the fruits of their accomplishment. Sure, the $300,000 award is nice, but memories they will take away from their week in Miami, FL - site of Super Bowl XLIV - will last forever.
Looking to make Team Shocker's (Jason Conn, Ed Oszterling and Craig Gillette) even more memorable, iconic sports agent, Leigh Steinberg, has invited Team Shocker to his 24th annual Super Bowl Bash. Team Shocker will be recognized on the Green Carpet (environmentally conscious version of the red carpet), along with NFL Hall of Famers, Celebrities and NFL Owners. Past attendees of the Leigh Steinberg Super Bowl Party include Troy Aikman, Jerry Jones, Howie Long, Steve Young, Ricky Williams, Matt Leinart, Ben Roethlisberger, Thurman Thomas and Warren Moon to name just a few.
"We're excited to align the WCOFF with Leigh Steinberg Sports & Entertainment, for our visit to Miami and Super Bowl XLIV", said Dustin Ashby of the WCOFF. "We look forward to introducing our celebrities in Team Shocker to others in the world of sports and entertainment at Leigh's parties on Friday and Saturday". Team Shocker will attend both the Friday Night Bash and Saturday Networking party taking place the weekend of Super Bowl XLIV.
