| World Championship of On-LineFantasy Football
League Structure: Each World Championship of On-Line Fantasy Football participant will be randomly assigned to a 12-team league. Each team in a league will play all other teams in that league once over the first 11 weeks of the NFL season.
League Championship Game: Week 12 of the NFL season will determine each league champion by means of a single League Championship Game. The two participants in the League Championship game will be 1) the team with the best record vs. 2) the remaining team with the highest point total. Each League Champion advances to the WCOFF Satellite Playoffs
Week 1 Schedule: All WCOFF leagues will have a Week 1 schedule as follows: Team 1 vs. team 2; team 3 vs. team 4; team 5 vs. team 6; team 7 vs. team 8; team 9 vs. team 10; team 11 vs. team 12.
World Championship of On-Line Fantasy Football Playoff Berths: Up to 200 League Champions, plus 44 wild card teams will qualify for the Championship Bracket Playoffs. The wild card teams will be drawn from the losers of the League Championship Games and winners of the third place game. Of these teams, the 44 teams with the highest point total during the regular season (including the League Championship Game) will advance to the World Championship of On-Line Fantasy Football Satellite Playoffs.
World Championship of On-Line Fantasy Football Playoff Format: Each of the playoff teams will be seeded based on their total fantasy points for the regular season. Furthermore, each team will begin the playoffs with their one-game average point total from the regular season (weeks 1-12). This gives an advantage to the teams that performed best in the regular season. The 2008 World Championship of On-Line Fantasy Football playoffs will extend four additional weeks, from NFL Week 13 through NFL Week 16.
